Ingredients

  • 1 box Twinkies
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 5 Tbsp water
  • 1 bag chocolate chips
  • 6 eggs

Instructions

  1. Cut the Twinkies in half lengthwise and line a pan with these.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  3. Add water and sugar to the melted chocolate chips.
  4. Separate the eggs; add the egg yolks, one at a time, to the chocolate mixture.
  5. Beat the egg whites until stiff and then fold into the chocolate mixture.
  6. Pour the chocolate mixture over the lined Twinkies in the pan.
  7. Let the dessert chill in the refrigerator until set.
  8. Top with Cool Whip before serving.
