Creamy spinach and green chilies are rolled into tortillas with flavorful ranch and cheese, creating easy, make-ahead spinach pinwheels perfect for parties or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1/2 pkg. Ranch style dressing (dry, party dip style)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) container light sour cream
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 pkg. (8 to 10, 8 to 10-inch) flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients except tortillas.
  2. Spread some mixture on tortillas to within 3/4-inch of edges.
  3. Carefully roll up each tortilla.
  4. Refrigerate covered or wrapped in plastic wrap overnight.
  5. Cut into 1/2-inch slices to serve.
