Ingredients

  • 3 14-oz. cans diced or whole tomatoes
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes & green chiles
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, fresh, seeds removed
  • 1 serrano pepper, fresh, seeds removed
  • juice of 1 lime, fresh
  • a couple of slices yellow onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp. salt ( or more to taste)

Instructions

  1. Place peppers, onion, and garlic in food processor and process for a few seconds until minced. Add remainder of ingredients and process for a few more seconds until blended well. Place in a bowl and serve with Scoops or any favorite tortilla chip.
