Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Apple sauce
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven 325, grease loaf pan and then add tablespoon of flour shake until sides and bottom are coated, turn upside down to remove excess flour.
  2. In one bowl sift together dry ingredients.
  3. In another bowl mix wet ingredients.
  4. Add flour mixture to wet ingredients, mix well add chocolate chips and pecans, pour into loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 60 to 90 minutes.
  6. Let cool, remove from pan, slice and sprinkle with powered sugar.
