Unbaked Cheesecake

Instructions
- Dissolve lemon Jell-O in 1 cup hot water and let it cool.
- Cream large package of cream cheese with 1 cup sugar until smooth.
- Add the cooled Jell-O mixture to the cream cheese and sugar mixture.
- Mix in the can of whipped Carnation milk.
- Beat slowly with an electric mixer until thick.
- Add the drained crushed pineapple and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a 13 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish lined with graham cracker or vanilla wafer crust.
- Chill overnight before serving.
