Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup biscuit mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (3 oz.) can coconut

Instructions

  1. Put eggs in blender.
  2. Blend slightly.
  3. Add butter, sugar, biscuit mix, milk, vanilla, and coconut; blend just enough to mix.
  4. Pour into greased pie plate.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
