Ingredients

  • 8 oz. light cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. instant sugar-free pudding
  • 2 c. skim milk
  • 1 (8-inch) graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Stir the cream cheese until soft.
  2. Blend the softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup of milk until smooth.
  3. Add the remaining milk and the sugar-free pudding mix to the cream cheese mixture and blend well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
