Upside-Down Ham Casserole

- Combine the brown sugar with melted butter; pour into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
- Cover bottom of pan with pineapple and ham. Place pan in heated oven at 400° while preparing rice mixture. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan; bring to a boil.
- Cover and simmer 5 minutes, stirring.
- Spread over pineapple and ham. Cover and bake 10 minutes.
- Invert on serving dish.
