Upside-Down Rhubarb Cake

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Put marshmallows in a 9-inch square pan. Mix together rhubarb and 3/4 cup sugar and put over the marshmallows. Cream together oleo, sugar and eggs.
- Mix together flour and baking powder.
- Mix milk and vanilla.
- Add alternately the flour mixture and milk mixture to the creamed mixture.
- Pour over rhubarb in pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes, then flip over onto serving plate.
