Vanilla-Apricot Bark
A rich, creamy vanilla-bite chocolate bark infused with dried apricots and toasted macadamia nuts, perfect for sweet tooths and special occasions alike.

Instructions
- Toast the macadamia nuts for 5 minutes in the oven and snip the dried apricots.
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt the white baking pieces (vanilla milk chips) in the microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Remove from microwave and stir until smooth.
- Return to microwave and heat for an additional 1 minute, then stir again.
- Mix in the snipped dried apricots and toasted macadamia nuts.
- Spread the mixture over a foil-covered cookie sheet.
- Garnish the top with the remaining 2 tablespoons of apricots.
- Push down to press the mixture into place.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Lift off the foil and break into pieces.
