Vanilla-Apricot Bark

A rich, creamy vanilla-bite chocolate bark infused with dried apricots and toasted macadamia nuts, perfect for sweet tooths and special occasions alike.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
  • 16 ounces white baking pieces (vanilla milk chips)
  • 1/3 cup finely snipped dried apricots

Instructions

  1. Toast the macadamia nuts for 5 minutes in the oven and snip the dried apricots.
  2. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt the white baking pieces (vanilla milk chips) in the microwave on high for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from microwave and stir until smooth.
  4. Return to microwave and heat for an additional 1 minute, then stir again.
  5. Mix in the snipped dried apricots and toasted macadamia nuts.
  6. Spread the mixture over a foil-covered cookie sheet.
  7. Garnish the top with the remaining 2 tablespoons of apricots.
  8. Push down to press the mixture into place.
  9. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  10. Lift off the foil and break into pieces.
