Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup Karo syrup (red label)
  • 1 can heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs in a large bowl until foamy; gradually add sugar and Karo syrup.
  2. Beat until thick.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and vanilla flavoring.
  4. Pour mixture into a freezer tray and freeze for 1 hour or until firm.
  5. Transfer to a chilled bowl, cut apart, and beat until smooth.
  6. Return to tray and freeze again until firm.
