Ingredients

  • 4 veal breasts
  • flour
  • 2 eggs
  • bread crumbs
  • 1 large can tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Cover veal breasts with flour; dip in beaten eggs and cover with bread crumbs.
  2. Brown on both sides in oil, about 3 minutes per side.
  3. Place the veal in a baking dish and cover all pieces with tomato sauce.
  4. Bake at 350° to 375°F for 3 minutes or until the sauce starts to boil.
