Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground veal
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • small cut macaroni

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan.
  2. Saute minced garlic, ground veal, and minced parsley until lightly browned.
  3. Add tomato sauce and water to the saucepan.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Simmer the mixture for 30 minutes.
  6. Cook macaroni according to package directions.
  7. Drain the cooked pasta.
  8. Serve the veal sauce over the cooked macaroni.
