Ingredients

  • 8 oz. veal
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. instant onion flakes
  • 6 oz. tomato juice
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil veal in water for 5 minutes. Drain.
  2. Lightly brown veal in a frying pan.
  3. Add all other ingredients to the pan.
  4. Simmer slowly until peppers are tender and meat is cooked to your satisfaction.
