Vegetable Bar Appetizers

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 11 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 pkg. Ranch original salad dressing mix
  • 3/4 c. grated carrot
  • 3/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 3/4 c. cauliflower flowerets
  • 3/4 c. chopped broccoli
  • 3/4 c. chopped tomato
  • 1 small can chopped olives
  • 1 small can green chilies (optional)

Instructions

  1. Press crescent rolls to cover bottom of a 15 x 11 x 1-inch pan. Bake in 375° oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. Cool completely.
  3. Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and dressing mix until smooth.
  4. Spread on cooled crust.
  5. Sprinkle vegetables on filling.
  6. Press vegetables into filling slightly.
  7. Refrigerate and cut into squares.
