Ingredients

  • 2 (16 oz.) packages frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can Durkee French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Cook frozen vegetables in boiling water for 5 minutes; drain.
  2. Mix mushroom soup and Cheez Whiz together.
  3. Add cooked vegetables and half of the fried onions to the mixture.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes.
  6. Top with the remaining fried onions and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
