Ingredients

  • 16 oz. package frozen Oriental blend vegetables
  • 10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz. dairy sour cream
  • 1/4 cup cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Cook frozen vegetables according to directions and drain well. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Blend condensed cream of celery soup, milk, sour cream, and shredded cheese in a large bowl.
  3. Lightly stir the mixture into the cooked vegetables.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
