Ingredients

  • 1 c. cooked cauliflower
  • 1/2 c. cooked carrots
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Instructions

  1. Mash vegetables together.
  2. Beat in remaining ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil.
  3. Remove when golden and place on paper towels to drain.
  4. Serve with sour cream and sprinkle of paprika.
