Ingredients

  • 1/2 cauliflower head
  • 3 turnips
  • 2 carrots
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 1/2 cups water
  • 1 1/4 cups white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons crushed red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder

Instructions

  1. Cut cauliflower, turnips, and carrots into bite-size pieces.
  2. Combine vegetables with crushed red pepper, turmeric powder, water, and vinegar.
  3. Let stand for at least 48 hours before serving to develop flavors.
