A colorful vegetable-topped crescent roll pizza with creamy dressing and fresh vegetables, perfect as a light main dish or party appetizer for all ages.

Ingredients

  • 2 tubes crescent rolls
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 small package Ranch dressing
  • shredded carrots

Instructions

  1. Lay flat crescent rolls in an ungreased cookie sheet.
  2. Bake according to package directions and let cool.
  3. In a bowl, blend together mayonnaise, cream cheese, and Ranch dressing.
  4. Spread the mixture over the cooled rolls.
  5. Add shredded carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, and other dry vegetables to taste.
  6. Do not cover tightly with plastic wrap.
  7. Put in refrigerator until ready to serve.
