Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 cups raw spaghetti
  • 1 1/2 cups kidney beans
  • 3 cups tomato juice
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Add salt, chopped onion, and chili powder to the browned and drained hamburger.
  2. Cook until the onion is tender.
  3. In a 2 1/2-quart casserole, add spaghetti and kidney beans.
  4. Add the meat mixture to the casserole.
  5. Combine tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the tomato mixture over all ingredients.
  7. Cover and bake at 350°F for at least 1 hour.
