Vegetable Soup Made With Ground Beef

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can Veg-All vegetables
  • 1 can whole corn
  • 2 or 3 potatoes, diced
  • 1 or 2 onions, chopped
  • 6 to 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Fry the ground meat in a skillet until browned; drain excess fat.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients to the cooked meat in a large pot.
  3. Cook for 1 hour or longer, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender and flavors meld.
