Vegetable Toss-Up

Ingredients
- 6 c. torn assorted greens ⓘ
- 2 c. thinly sliced cauliflowerets ⓘ
- 2 c. thinly sliced zucchini ⓘ
- 6 cherry tomatoes, halved ⓘ
- 1 red onion, sliced and separated into rings
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise ⓘ
- 1/3 c. French dressing ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- 4 to 6 drops bottled hot pepper sauce ⓘ
Instructions
- Layer the greens, cauliflowerets, zucchini, tomatoes, and onion in a serving container.
- In a small mixing bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, French dressing, lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce to make the dressing.
- Fold in the whipped topping.
- Spoon the dressing over the vegetables in the container.
- Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
- Seal and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, invert the container several times to toss the salad.
- Garnish with carrot curls, if desired.
