Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 package frozen broccoli and cheese
  • 1 package frozen broccoli, cheese and rice
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with garlic salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat a skillet and add water to it.
  3. Place chicken in the skillet, cover, and cook on low heat for about 40 minutes.
  4. Turn the chicken once halfway through cooking.
  5. Boil the frozen broccoli and cheese mixture in its bag for about 20 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked broccoli and cheese mixture to the skillet with chicken and cook for an additional 20 minutes.
