Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cut up the chicken, wash, and skin it.
- Salt each piece to taste.
- Dredge each piece in flour and place in a baking dish.
- Place a small amount of oleo on each piece of chicken.
- Do not spread the oleo.
- Saturate each piece with Worcestershire sauce and add water to the dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then turn the chicken and saturate with Worcestershire sauce again.
- Bake until the chicken is done and golden.
