Ingredients

  • 3 lb. chicken
  • salt
  • flour
  • 1/2 tsp. oleo
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 15 oz. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut up the chicken, wash, and skin it.
  3. Salt each piece to taste.
  4. Dredge each piece in flour and place in a baking dish.
  5. Place a small amount of oleo on each piece of chicken.
  6. Do not spread the oleo.
  7. Saturate each piece with Worcestershire sauce and add water to the dish.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes, then turn the chicken and saturate with Worcestershire sauce again.
  9. Bake until the chicken is done and golden.
