Veggies "N" Sauce

Ingredients

  • 15 1/2 oz. can favorite veggies or fresh cauliflower, carrots or green beans
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  2. Add flour to the melted butter and stir, allowing the mixture to bubble well.
  3. Add approximately 1 cup of liquid from canned or fresh vegetables.
  4. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, garlic salt, and onion salt.
  5. Pour the sauce over cooked or fresh vegetables, such as sliced and cooked carrots.
