Ingredients

  • 2 tubes crescent rolls
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
  • 1 envelope Ranch Style dressing mix
  • 3/4 cup chopped green peppers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to crescent roll package instructions.
  2. Unroll the crescent rolls and layer them in a baking dish to form a crust.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the mayo, sour cream, cream cheese, and ranch dressing mix until smooth.
  4. Chop the vegetables (green peppers, onion, broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes) and any other preferred vegetables.
  5. Spread the vegetable mixture evenly over the crescent roll crust.
  6. Pour the creamy dressing mixture over the vegetables, spreading evenly.
  7. Bake until the crescent roll crust is golden and the filling is heated through, about 20 minutes.
