Ingredients

  • 6 c. chicken broth
  • 2 c. chopped broccoli flowerets
  • 2 c. grated potatoes
  • 2 c. grated carrots
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Instructions

  1. Bring chicken broth and vegetables to a boil and simmer covered for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat cream of chicken soup, Velveeta cheese, and milk, stirring constantly until the cheese is melted.
  3. Add the soup mixture to the broth and vegetables.
  4. Can be doubled or frozen for later use.
