Ingredients

  • 6 whole chicken breasts, halved, boned and skinned
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 small jar dried beef
  • 6 slices bacon

Instructions

  1. Wrap bacon around each halved, boned, and skinned chicken breast.
  2. Lay one slice of dried beef over each bacon-wrapped chicken breast.
  3. Arrange the prepared chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  4. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mushroom soup until well blended.
  5. Spoon the mushroom sauce mixture over the chicken breasts.
  6. Bake uncovered at 300°F (150°C) for 2 hours in a covered dish or foil-covered pan.
  7. Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes to let the chicken brown.
