Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 lb. venison, squared
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. lard
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 16 oz. can tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Roll the venison in flour and brown in a skillet with lard.
  2. Pour off most of the grease.
  3. Mix the mushroom soup, onion soup, and tomatoes together.
  4. Pour the mixture over the browned meat.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
