Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. strawberry jello (4 serving size)
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. ice cubes
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (4 serving size)
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 3 1/2 c. Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water and add ice cubes, stirring until melted.
  2. Prepare vanilla instant pudding with 3/4 cup milk according to package instructions and let stand for about 2 minutes.
  3. Blend the prepared pudding into the gelatin mixture.
  4. Chill until thickened if necessary.
  5. Fold in 2 cups of Cool Whip and strawberries.
  6. Pour the mixture into a prepared crust.
  7. Freeze for 1 hour or chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours before serving.
