Ingredients

  • 1 lb. carrots, thinly sliced
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook carrots, butter, sugar, and fresh parsley in a saucepan with just enough water to cover the carrots.
  2. Cover and simmer.
  3. When the water is just about evaporated, the carrots should be done, approximately 20 minutes.
