  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. nuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch pans, or lightly spray pans.
