Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add sugar and vinegar to the melted butter.
  3. Stir until the sugar is dissolved completely.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook until it reaches the brittle stage.
  5. Pull the mixture from heat and pour onto a buttered plate.
  6. Allow to cool slightly, then pull and cut into small pieces.
