Instructions
- Add milk, butter, flour, salt, cumin and onion into Vitamix (in that order) and secure lid.
- Turn on Vitamix at Variable 1 and slowly increase to Variable 10.
- Blend for 5 minutes, or until steam escapes.
- Reduce speed to Variable 3 and remove plug.
- Add cheese through lid plug opening.
- Blend for an additional 30 seconds.
- Reduce speed to Variable 1, add green chilies and tomato.
- Blend for an additional 30 seconds.
- Serve immediately.
