Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 3/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 chip garlic
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1/2 jar parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix vinegar, canola oil, salt, pepper, and a chip of garlic to make the dressing.
  2. Chill the dressing overnight.
  3. Break the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Add half a jar of parsley to the lettuce.
  5. Pour the chilled vinegar mixture over the lettuce and parsley, then toss to combine.
