Walnut And Parsley Quick Bread

- Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly grease a baking pan.
- Sift flour into a large bowl. Add butter, and rub in using fingertips until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in cheese, walnuts and parsley. Season to taste.
- Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Add combined milk and 1 cup water all at once. Mix to a soft, sticky dough.
- Turn onto a lightly floured surface. Divide dough evenly in 2 pieces. Knead each gently and then press into rounds. Place both rounds on prepared pan. Brush with a little additional milk and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for 25-30 mins, until golden and hollow when tapped on the underside. Serve warm with butter.
