Ingredients

  • jalapeno peppers or hot peppers
  • white vinegar
  • mustard

Instructions

  1. Place jalapeno peppers or hot peppers in a food processor.
  2. Add some vinegar to keep the peppers moist while processing.
  3. Fill a pot halfway with crushed peppers.
  4. Fill the pot completely with vinegar.
  5. Heat the mixture until it begins to boil.
  6. Add mustard to the mixture for color.
  7. Keep stirring and bring the mixture to a boil.
  8. Pour the hot sauce into jars with plastic lids.
