A flavorful warm taco dip combining seasoned ground beef, tomatoes, and melted cheddar, perfect for sharing at gatherings or game days with crunchy tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 can petite cut diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 package dry taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Reserve 2 tablespoons of diced tomatoes for garnish.
  2. Add remaining tomatoes and taco seasoning to the skillet with drained beef.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Garnish with reserved tomatoes, sliced green onions, and sour cream, if desired.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips.
