Ingredients

  • 1 lb bacon
  • water chestnuts
  • 1 cup tomato catsup
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until it is about half cooked.
  2. Wrap each water chestnut with a half-cooked bacon strip.
  3. Place the wrapped water chestnuts in a cake pan.
  4. Mix tomato catsup and brown sugar together to make the sauce.
  5. Pour the sauce over the water chestnuts.
  6. Bake in a 350°F oven for about 30 minutes, until the bacon is completely cooked.
