West Germany Pineapple Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 tall can crushed pineapple
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs until light.
  2. Beat in sugar; add flour, soda and pineapple and mix well.
  3. Add nuts.
  4. Bake 40 minutes in greased and floured pan.
