Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 12 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cups cooked corn kernels
  • 14 chopped red pepper
  • 14 chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. Combine all dressing ingredients.
  2. Set in fridge until flavors marry.
  3. Then add the rest together.
  4. Toss to coat.
