Ingredients

  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 4 cups flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 sticks butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup nuts, grated

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, butter, and milk.
  2. Separate eggs.
  3. Add yolks to milk mixture.
  4. Sift together flour, soda and powder.
  5. Add to mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in to mixture.
  6. Fold in grated nuts.
  7. Pour into Bundt or tube pan and bake at 350° for about 1 hour or until done.
