Instructions
- In large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Let stand 15 minutes until yeast foams.
- Add sugar and dry milk.
- Stir in salt, oil, 2 cups whole wheat flour and sunflower seeds.
- Beat until smooth.
- Stir in the remaining flour.
- Cover and let stand for 15 minutes.
- Take out dough and knead for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Let rise for 1 hour.
- Put into pans and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes until loaves test done.
