Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/3 cup wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix the biscuit mix, wheat germ, and sugar together and set aside.
  2. Cream the peanut butter and egg together until well combined.
  3. Add water and vanilla to the creamed mixture and mix well.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until just blended.
  5. Pour the batter into greased muffin tins.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
