Instructions
- Beat egg yolks with water until it increases in volume to about a quart.
- Gradually beat in sugar, then add flour, sifted with baking powder and salt.
- Add the vanilla.
- Fold in egg whites which have been beaten until stiff.
- Pour batter into greased tube pan.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour, or until done.
- Leave in pan until cold.
