Ingredients

  • 2 small boxes Jell-O (any flavor)
  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • 12 oz. box vanilla wafers
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix Jell-O according to directions on the box and refrigerate until it just begins to congeal.
  2. Whip the cream until it forms soft peaks.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 tablespoon sugar to the whipped cream and continue whipping until well combined.
  4. In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, layer a portion of the Jell-O on the bottom.
  5. Add a layer of vanilla wafers over the Jell-O.
  6. Spread a layer of whipped cream over the wafers.
  7. Repeat the layers, ending with whipped cream on top.
