Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. Crisco
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 6 ripe bananas

Instructions

  1. Cream Crisco and sugar together.
  2. Add beaten eggs and beat mixture well.
  3. Sift flour and measure.
  4. Add salt and baking powder; sift again.
  5. Add dry ingredients gradually and mix well. Add chopped nuts.
