Ingredients

  • 2 large cans chunk chicken
  • 1 pkg spaghetti
  • 3/4 lb Velveeta cheese cubed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 box frozen chopped broccoli
  • Chicken broth or chicken stock

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in chicken stock or broth, reserving 1 cup of the cooking liquid.
  2. Drain the spaghetti and combine Velveeta cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and 1 cup of reserved stock until the cheese is melted.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Mix the cooked chicken, chopped broccoli, spaghetti, and sauce together in a large bowl.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until bubbly and hot.
