Ingredients

  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can sliced peaches
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • 2 tablespoons lite margarine
  • 2 cups Stove Top chicken or pork flavor stuffing mix
  • 4 boneless, fatless pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Drain peaches, reserving the syrup.
  3. Mix hot water and lite margarine in a bowl.
  4. Stir in stuffing mix, half of the peaches, and reserved syrup.
  5. Arrange pork chops in a baking pan.
  6. Spread the stuffing mixture over the pork chops.
  7. Top with the remaining peaches.
  8. Drizzle with Dijon mustard.
  9. Bake for 60 minutes until cooked through.
